Stabilization of a high-energy optical parametric amplifier with high-speed adaptive deformable lenses

Abstract

We report on the first application of adaptive deformable lenses to the stabilization of a high-energy mid-IR parametric source. Fluctuations of output pulse intensity and CEP were significantly suppressed by the adaptive optics system.
