High Harmonic Generation Polarization States: Circular, Linear and in Between

Abstract

We demonstrate a bright source of circularly-polarized high harmonics driven by a strong infra-red driver laser and its second harmonic. By taking a two-color driver with close frequencies, the harmonics become polarization-fan harmonics.
