Enabling Higher Precision Freeform Surfaces though Developments in Magnetorheological Finishing (MRF) and Subaperture Stitching Interferometry (SSI)

Not Accessible

Your library or personal account may give you access

Abstract

The subaperture and conformal nature of the MRF polishing tool and SSI optical wavefront position both technologies to extend their benefits to high-precision freeform surfaces. Capabilities both existing and under development will be discussed.
