Single molecule Coordinate and Height super-resolution Imaging with Dithering and Orientation (CHIDO)

Abstract

We present a new technique for fluorescence microscopy that allows 3-D localization plus orientation and wobbling characterization. Using a spatially varying birefringent mask the information is encoded in the PSFs of the circularly polarized components.
