Achieving Linear Response in Fabricated Deep-Etched Holograms With Heidelberg uPG 101

Abstract

Deep-etched holograms will make possible the scaling of Optical Trap Displays. Before these holograms are fabricated, their response must be calibrated for linearity. This paper describes gamma correction and reports a model for linear exposure.
