Dynamics of Quantum Dot Lasers Subject to Optical Feedback and Current Modulation

Abstract

Interplay of optical feedback and modulation dynamics has been studied experimentally. Complete suppression of feedback dynamics by polarization-rotated feedback is achieved in a certain range of modulation frequency and amplitude.
