Experimental evaluation of spatial resolution and depth of focus in digital holographic display

Abstract

We propose a method to measure spatial resolution and depth of focus of reconstructed hologram images, which can be applied to general digital holographic displays. Experimental results for a projection-type holographic display are presented.
