In Vivo Super-Resolution Optical Localization for Imaging Neuron Activity Throughout the Brain

Abstract

A super-resolution localization method for neuron activity throughout the brain uses temporal information from fluorescent calcium reporters. The approach could provide a resolution of about ten microns.
