Exceptional Point Transition of Electrically Pumped Photonic Crystal Nanolasers

Abstract

We experimentally demonstrate the first exceptional point transition of two electrically pumped photonic crystal lasers. Clear spectral coalescence and enhancement by the process are observed via high-Q nanocavities with controlled current injection.
