Improved Subaperture Stitching for the Measurement of Freeform Wavefront

Abstract

This paper presents an improved stitching technique for freeform metrology. The lateral misalignments are minimized using modified iterative closest point based registration. The method is applied to freeform measurement using Shack-Hartmann Sensor.
