Carrier Dynamics in Monolayer WS2 via Time-Resolved Terahertz Spectroscopy

Abstract

We investigate the ultrafast dynamics of photogenerated charge carriers in the two-dimensional material WS2 via time-resolved terahertz spectroscopy. We report on the behavior of excitons, trions, and unbound electrons/holes in this material.
