Tunable Stacks of Wedged Interferometers for Optical Communications and Spectroscopy

Abstract

We propose building a stack of two Fizeau interferometers for selection of a single continuously tunable within 10-50 nm resonance with a linewidth of 0.01 nm or less and utilization of such stacks for wavelength-division multiplexing.
