Slow Light Generation in Decagonal Liquid Core Photonic Crystal Fiber

Abstract

Liquid Core Photonic Crystal Fiber has been designed using carbon-disulphide as core material and silica as cladding material. Confinement loss has been plotted and a time delay of 166.70ns is calculated for maximum power of 102 mW at 1.55μm.
