Uniaxially Stretched Flexible Surface Plasmon Resonance Film for Versatile Surface Enhanced Raman Scattering Diagnostics

Abstract

A flexible SERS film is demonstrated via irreversibly and longitudinally stretching metal deposited poly(ɛ-caprolactone) film. The polymer surface plasmon resonance film after stretching exhibits ~10 times signal enhancement compared to the unstretched composite film.
