Optical effects in magnetoplasmonic crystals with burried gold grating

Abstract

We present a study of magnetoplasmonic crystals with a gold grating in bismuth iron garnet surrounding. Experimental results for the first time evidence the excitation of long-range surface plasmon polariton mode in a magnetic material.
