Tunable Cavity Fiber-Optic Fabry-Perot Magnetometer Based on Fiber-Cantilever Beam-Deflection

Abstract

We devised a tunable cavity fiber Fabry-Perot magnetometer using deflection of cobalt-doped nickel ferrite coated optical fiber cantilever. Sensitivity is improved by introducing a silver coated fiber-mirror in the developed configuration.
