Integrated Raman Spectroscopy with Digital Holography for Microparticle Characterization

Abstract

This work combines Raman spectroscopy with digital holography using single wavelength. The results demonstrate the ability to unambiguously investigate the chemical and morphological characteristics of micron-sized particles simultaneously.
