Iterative Tomographic Deconvolution Phase Microscopy

Abstract

The existing refractive index imaging method, tomographic deconvolution phase microscopy, is improved by applying an iterative optimization algorithm. The required number of illumination angles is greatly reduced, while the accuracy remains high.
