Silicon/Graphene Oxide Hybrid Photonic Waveguide Filter

Abstract

The enabling of graphene oxide nanopatterning prompts the realization of silicon/graphene oxide hybrid waveguide filters for the first time. A reflection bandwidth of 3 nm and an extinction ratio of 15 dB are experimentally obtained.
