Abstract

We demonstrate a self-starting Er-doped mode-locked fiber laser generating soliton pulses with: duration, repetition frequency and output power of 95 fs, 99.6 MHz, 8 mW, respectively. As a saturable absorber a PMMA/graphene composite was used.
