InAs Quantum Dot Broadband Swept-Source Laser for Optical Coherent Tomography

Abstract

We have demonstrated mode-hopping-free broadband swept-source laser with ~ 100 nm wavelength tuning range centered at 1.2 µm by using novel InAs quantum dot (QD) gain chip devices.
