Plasmonics - Ultra-Fast Communications at the Microscale

Open Access Open Access

Abstract

Plasmonics has emerged as a solution for monolithic integration of THz bandwidth photonic components at the microscale. In this talk we review recent advances in the field of optical communications and the microwave photonics enabled by plasmonics.
