Precisely Discerning the Bilirubin Concentration of Turbid Samples Using Diffuse Reflectance Spectroscopy

Abstract

We demonstrated the use of our diffuse reflectance spectroscopy system to determine the absorption spectra of turbid samples containing bilirubin. The absorption spectra at 500nm were found to be highly correlated with the bilirubin concentration.
