Brillouin microscopy for ocular biomechanics

Abstract

We will review the progress and prospect of Brillouin microscopy, which combines confocal imaging and Brillouin light scattering spectroscopy to map the hydromechanical properties of ocular tissues to help improve diagnosis and treatments.
