Graphene-based electrostatic control of InAs quantum dots

Abstract

We characterize voltage-dependent photoluminescence from single InAs quantum dots gated by graphene. Our device also exhibits a higher photon count rate than devices using thin-metallic films due to graphene’s low absorption.
