Efficient extraction of zero-phonon-line photons from single nitrogen vacancy centers in an integrated GaP-on-diamond platform

Abstract

We demonstrate optical coupling of single NV center zero phonon emission to integrated GaP-on-diamond waveguides, with estimated total quantum efficiency values above 10% due to Purcell enhancement and efficient coupling between the cavities and waveguides.
