Raman spectroscopy of few-layer MoSe2 in wide range of temperature

Abstract

We focus on MoSe2 micro-Raman analysis in wide range of temperature (4–300 K) for sample- thickness varying: 1 to 4 layers. Results are compared with previously studied excitation resonances at room temperature in this material.
