Optical Manipulation of Thermally Generated Microbubbles in a Liquid

Abstract

The behavior of thermally generated microbubbles in the presence of a weakly focused laser beam is theoretically studied by developing an equivalent force model. Possible applications of these bubbles are also discussed.
