Abstract

Here we report on the effect of PEDOT:PSS based p-type organic layer on characteristics of hybrid solar cells in p-i-n configuration, where intrinsic and n-type layers are plasma deposited silicon films. We demonstrated that isopropanol treatment of the PEDOT:PSS is effective for improving the performance characteristics of the device.
