Polarization properties of the solitons in the supercontinuum generation in twisted fiber pumped by ns pulses

Abstract

We investigate the polarization of solitons formed by the pulse breakup process at pumping by ns-long pulses in standard fiber with circular birefringence introduced by fiber twist, the fiber twist mitigates the random linear birefringence.
