Abstract

Combining ultrahigh photon emission rate of gap plasmons with efficient extraction into low-loss nanofibres, we theoretically demonstrate one-dimensional nanoscale guiding of high rate single photons of 770γ0 into designed nanofibres in metallic nanorod-coupled nanofilm structures.
