Quantum Metamaterials Based on Nonlinear Superconducting Resonators

Open Access Open Access

Abstract

We will present experimental study of SQUID array based quantum superconductive metamaterials. The cryogenic Laser Scanning Microscope technique gives an insight to confirm a coherent response of the SQUID-based microwave resonator arrays and its tenability.
