Spectrally encoded confocal microscopy at the 1.9-μm wavelength window

Abstract

We demonstrate a spectrally encoded confocal microscopy (SECM) system at 1.9 μm using broadband supercontinuum (SC) source, which is capable of imaging at resolution of ~2 μm and field of view (FOV) of ~500 μm.
