Abstract

We investigated experimentally the influence of the coupling between the Fabry – Pérot cavity and localized surface plasmons modes on plasmon-enhanced photoluminescence of the amorphous silicon quantum dots light-emitting devices with the Ag/SiOx:a-Si QDs/Au sandwich nanostructures.
