Design and Validation of a Spatial Frequency Domain Imaging (SFDI) System for Biomedical Research Applications

Abstract

We have developed a turn-key LED-based multispectral structured-light imaging platform for biomedical research, with a focus on enabling spatial frequency domain imaging (SFDI). We will cover system validation in-silico, on phantoms, and with pre-clinical models.
