Partially Coherent Deconvolution Tomography for Reconstructing Weakly Scattering Objects

Abstract

A novel algorithm is presented for reconstructing weakly scattering objects using partially coherent illumination. The method is validated using a photonic crystal fiber as a test object and will be useful for applications in biology.
