QED Radiation Pressure on Electrons and Ultra-relativistic “Ghost” of Relict Radiation

Abstract

A universal theory of radiation pressure by a relic (cosmic microwave background) radiation, using fully relativistic+quantum approach suggests a possibility of formation of a peak of electron density in cosmic rays directly related to CMB.
