OLED microdisplays as biophotonics platform

Abstract

Here, we discuss the prospect of using the high spatial and temporal resolution of OLED microdisplays for advanced cell biology and optogenetics. As proof-of-concept, we demonstrate light-controlled locomotion (phototaxis) of the alga Chlamydomonas reinhardtii.
