Spectral Imaging of Localized Luminescent Centers in InGaN/GaN Multiple Quantum Wells

Abstract

Spectral imaging of luminescent centers in InGaN/GaN multiple quantum wells was performed. In particular, peak energy and linewidth mappings were simultaneously performed in order to evaluate the influence of the In mole fraction.
