Abstract
Dipole, bowtie, spiral and log-periodic optical nanoantennas were fabricated by e-beam lithography, measured by scattering scanning near-field optical microscopy (s-SNOM) and analyzed by numerical simulation in order to map their electric near-field distributions. These results provide important information about the near field of nanoantennas which is essential for the design of nanoantenna-phased arrays and integrated optics applications.
