High-Resolution Optical Fiber Refractive-Index Tomography using Higher-Order Intensity Derivatives

Abstract

A technique that uses higher-order intensity derivatives within partially coherent quantitative phase microscopy is shown to increase the radial resolution of reconstructed optical fiber tomograms to the diffraction limit without introducing additional noise.
