Polarisation Dependant Colour Filtering With Full Range 2D Chromaticity Mapping Using Plasmonic Films

Abstract

We investigate the polarisation dependent transmission of visible light through a nano aperture patterned Aluminium film. Via independent control of incident and transmitted polarisation states, a wide output colour gamut is shown to be achievable.
