Synthesis and Optical Characterization of Fluorescent C-Dots onto Ionic Liquids

Abstract

C-Dots have been synthetized by laser ablation in ILs and PEG200N. The system was characterized by MET, FTIR, etc. The average diameter of C-Dots is around 3-4nm. A broadband fluorescence was observed under UV excitation.
