Transport of Multimode Entangled Photons through Optical Fibers

Abstract

We review multi-mode fiber transport of coherent mode superpositions that is essential for distribution of high-dimensional quantum information encoded in light’s spatial variables; and explore new quantum state manipulation schemes using optical fibers.
