Time-dependent electric field induced second harmonic signal at the Si/SiO2 interface.

Abstract

Time dependent at Si/SiO2 interface is due to the generation of trap sites which create an interfacial electric field that influences the nonlinear properties of Si/SiO2 interface leading to time dependent SH signal.
