Magnetic Confinement of Indirect Excitons

Abstract

We report trapping of indirect excitons in two-dimensional magnetic lattices, where s ingle magnetic traps show coherent and stable confinement. External magnetic bias field allows population control of individual sites for cooling and tunneling of excitions.
