Modeling of Multi-spectral Forward Light Scattering Patterns from Bacterial Colonies

Abstract

Forward scattering patterns of the bacterial colony for multiple wavelengths were predicted with scalar diffraction theory. The phase and number of diffraction rings were distinguishably varied, while, the radiuses were similar.
