Abstract

Single photon emission from an InAs quantum dot emitting at 1.3 µm is upconverted to 710 nm in a periodically-poled LiNbO3 waveguide using a 1550 nm pump. The upconverted light exhibits photon anti-bunching with g(2)(0) = 0.165.
