Abstract

Diffuse Optical Spectroscopic Imaging (DOSI) provides non-invasive functional biomarkers that correlate with final pathological response to pre-surgical (neoadjuvant) chemotherapy in breast cancer patients that are measured at various timepoints throughout the therapy.
