Development of Lipid Targeted Raman Probes for Caenorhabditis Elegans

Abstract

We have developed a nanoparticle based Raman probe (Ag@Nile Red), which was capable of targeting the lipids, therefore, revealing the location of lipid droplets in live Caenorhabditis elegans (C. elegans).
